It's gonna be a lvl 30 build, so I guess it's another pubbie basher.
Any and all suggestions would be greatly begged for than repeatedly thanked for.

Items: (Uh.. only thing I really have for sure is Twitch and Swordback)
Armor: Upped Twitchthroe
Shield: Upped Swordback Hold
Helm: +45 Max Damage +20% Enhanced Damge Crown or Peasent Crown?
Belt: String of Ears, IK Belt, Deaths?
Weapon: Crushflange Mace or 6 Shael'ed Crystal sword?
Gloves: Death's, IAS Rares, or IK Gloves?
Jewelry: Angelics (Ring, Ammy), SoJ's and what's a good ammy? Rares?
Shoes: Tearhaunch, Infernostrides, I have no clue.

Skills: (I really need help here)
(I get 33 skills to play with right? Only Rushing normal and lvl 30?)
1 to Fanatacism (1 to Might, Blessed Aim, Concentration, pre req's) (4)
7 to Holy Shield (1 to Holy Bolt, Bless. Hammer, Charge pre req's) (14)
(Pre req's to Holy Shield not counting Smite pre req since it's main skill)
19 to smite (If I did my math right) =( 33 )

Stats: Duh, enough to use gear maybe 1 str under, I like STR bug : ) rest to vita.
Do smiters need mana?
Is maxing smite more important than adding to Hshield?..

make your build dont sopend any stats then add dex after you have holy shield on and whe it hits 75% add vita

Ok here it is...I did plenty of research on this build and built my own. It is not legit however, this has to be the funnest lvl 30 I have. Owns most all melee 50 and under and even some sorcs over 30. Definately a real fast killer! :

This build is made for dmg and speed. The + skills help the most for dmg.

Stats:
Enuf Str and Dex for Items

Skills:
Max (as much as possible) Smite, HS
All prereqs, 1 in sanctuary for sorcs, rest in concentration aura. You can afford to lose 1 pt in sanctuary because 1 each pt in concentration only adds about 10 dmg or so. None in Fanat!!! U don't need the IAS and 1 in fanat does not cover the amt of dmg increase that you would get from pts in concentration along with the benefit of being uninteruptable.

Items:
(Helm) Pcrown definately for the +1 skills unless u can find that hawk branded godly helm.
(Armor) Skin of Vipermagi for +1 and Res
(Shield) Superior Barbed Shield Rhyme runeword for sorcs and FBR with Cannot be Frozen or go for the Godly Hawk brand if you can find.
(Weapon) This is your speed 6 shaeled military pick. Mil pick is faster than crystal which you will need for the -10 speed with 130% IAS to reach the 6 frame (fastest) bp.
(Gloves) Bloodfist all the way...life, FHR, and that extra 10% IAS you need.
(Belt) SOE of course...dmg red is the ultimate and good def.
(Boots) Goblin Toe for more dmg...CB!!! I use Infernoestride on switch for FB sorcs.
(Rings) SOJs +skills = +DMG!!!
(Amulet) Telling of Beads + skill and Res Or Rare +2 combat Pally

Trust me this is the build. It even beats out the lvl 35 full CB build with Fanat that most duelers build. I went up against Gift's lvl 35 smiter 100% CB build and lost everytime by about 50 life. Considering that I am cheap and I dont have many life charms he has 1086 life while I had a measly 466. You figure it out! It is a great build!

sorry if this is old, but i was just wondering how you were almost able to beat a 100% cb lvl 35 smiter? i find that hard to believe, considering my lvl 35 with nearly 1k life has little trouble with anything under 40 with the exception of godly sorcs/necs.

Up'd Swordback = lvl 36 req i believe? not sure.
I use Hawk of Deflect w/ 2x6str/resist all jewels. i wish u were on east so we could duel, not many 30-35 smiters here. also 6xshael war axe would give u range 3 smite, that may help
