I have been wondering if lld101 rules say you shouldnt be in hell at lvl 30, I knew before that 30's could only be in norm but everyone I've seen (mostly) has been G rushed, I am just getting back to D2, have rules changed? Question

At least tournemnt wise

its still in the rules, but everyone i see (from this forum included) rushes their llds... i didnt rush mine but i think i may rush them since the rest are... i dont mind one way or the other, i'd just like to be the same as others

My blizzard sorceress killed pretty much any even hell rushed chars, but this is ladder and there aren't really many good ladder llders on East. When NL hits though, I think I'll keep a hell rushed version and a norm rushed version for tougher hell rushed competition and a place in any tourneys around
