does anyone know anyhting bout realm down besides it blows ass?
i turned something of diablo on last night to let it run thru the night, i wake up, realm down i leave it and try be4 school, still realm down
its 12 oclock about 9-10 hours since the realm down (estimate)
r there like 12-24 hour banns? is there a way to get around it? if so, how?
im stuck playing west being ooor but i just finished norm andy bug Smile

well yea this kinda sux, any info would help.

you get realm downs when trying to sort out mules, maybe i was doing that Smile

Well, you never know, somtimes I sort though my mules in my sleep, and I have a realm down when I wake up. I guess it might be that.

longest realm downs i'we had have been something like 48hours (yes it was an evil bot) realm downs can be avoided by changing your ip after you got realm down on some isp's it can be done by just d/c and then reconnecting and you have new ip since those "temp" realm downs stick on your ip after you join x times too fast to y ammount of games in time of z minutes dunno how much but usually i get ~5min-1h realm down while i check through one account of mules so you dont need to change char/join games that many times to get rd
as i said above in some cases you can just d/c and reconnect but its upto your isp if they have static ip's or not and other way which you can avoid em is using proxies but its pretty annoying and not-so-well working all the time since you gotta get someone you know to host proxy server for you and then
you simply connect to bnet from his ip. if he has slow connection your ping is prolly unplayable ect ect..

but best way to avoid realm downs is easy simply dont join/create/change char too fast while playing on bnet and dont bot (no im not accusing you of botting).

got a realm down from botting? good.
got a realm down from muling too fast? slow down.

cat's thread already shows you how to manual fix realm downs. however, the best way to fix it is patience.

also, not mentioned, every time you try to reconnect while you have realm down, another 15 minutes is tacked onto your ban. Wink
