Csers arent allowed since

1) The Jab Itself doesnt Inflict the dmg from Cs its actually the charges

2) Cs Doesnt Require ANY ANY ATTACK RATING PERIOD!!!! (Jab Sometimes doesnt hit but the charges from the jab always hit)

the set date was january 15th and last i checked it was almost a month past that. besides, the guy that was running it has since retired from lld if not d2 entirely.
