ok i decided to host a lvl 27-30 mellee tourney since we had one really long time ago,and i dont c no one hostin one soon,so here it is

will be held in 01/22/05 on saturday about 7pm east time ( time will be changed if asked )
all meet in channel OP matic_random 15 mins before 7pm so we can get ready and go over minor thing 4 last time

entry fee would be x2 pskulls ( all ppl that enter must give me all there skulls right away so it wont happen that u got none and no loans either.i will hold em on lvl1 so i can give em to torney winner)

hell rushed chars are allowed until now,cause alot good duelers at range 27-30 are hell rushed

rules:
all chars must be lvl27-30 ( melee no ele dmg like cs zons or w/e deals ele dmg )
completly no chargers or no smiters
no health pots alowed,u can use mana if u need
no regen health alowed
no slow items alowed
no holy freeze or any time of slow alowed
no amp or life tap wands alowed
no townin until duel is over
no pets no mercs alowed
both duelers must say go before each duel
all rest duelers who are not dueling that round stays in town
chars that duelin plz try to stay close to town so we can spectate duel ( so no one will decide to run outside to blood moore and distract sum1 )
no shrynes plz well u can use that leet exp shryne but nothin else
completly no cursing or been bm or nkin other chars ( very not nice )
no vels or some sorta helth replenish used that provides moore

if we will get enough ppl 4 2 rooms i will ask sum1 to help me host other room

if we get about good x8 or so duelers i will place whose dueling who,and u can always not exept the way i set up whose dueling who,so just let me kno

all bm or knin ppl will be banded from all my future tourneys,so plz keep your tempor

Well my main reason was the chars being rushed to hell rule, standard lld rules say u cant be in hell and i really dont feel like making another char for the tourny. If you life the rule im in.
