My jabber is hitting 78-381 damage with Jab, and I only have one source of poison (15 over 4 seconds). My charms aren't all that hot, either. (At least not compared to what people on here tend to tote around...) I might be doing slightly more damage because I allocated skill points differently. I went with 5 Jab / 6 Dodge / 9 Critical Strike / 1 Penetrate. So the extra points in Jab take my damage penalty from 15% to 3%.

I also have 503 Life with no life charms. I put all my points into Vitality (I use charms + items to meet my Str and Dex requirements. Yes - I know that isn't the most efficient way to do it, because I'm taking away inventory room I could be filling with life charms, but realistically I'm not ever going to have enough life charms to fill my inventory, and I happen to have a +6md/+38ar/+5str grand charm that takes care of all but 2 of my str requirement anyway...)
