I think it would take too much time to have to do that before every duel.
I say no. (Though I would like to make a fury druid someday so I might end up kicking myself for saying this  )

same goes with your level 9. you can duel a level 29 if you want to with your level 9, youll probably lose, but its your choice. you may enter any melee as long as it follows lld101 rules.
