Ok, I've been trying to figure out the affix calculator and I have a couple of questions - wondering if anyone could help me with.

I'm trying to determine the best level large charm to reroll to get 15 lifers.

Input ilvl 19 is the first one that gets me a possible 11-15 life charm with a % of 14.28 - with the level of the charm being 12 and char level being 9 (I think). The qlvl is 14 and the alvl is 12

An input ilvl of 26 will get me the same charm with a % of 9.09 - with the qlvl being 14 and the alvl being 19.

So heres my two main questions;

1. Is the input ilvl the actual level of the charm that I am rerolling (the one I can see if I use mh - or the one from the appropriate monster level if I don't use mh)? If this is not the actual level of the charm, what is?

2. Does the column showing the % mean the chance of getting this charm when I reroll it? In other words, if I reroll an input ilvl 19 charm do I have a 14.28% chance of getting a 11-15 life charm?
