hi al i plan on making a lvl 30 cs zon but i dunt know what the ias table for 1 is like, i chked the 1 i usually goto but they didnt have cs as 1 of the selectable skills (diablo2.ingmae.de...) so i dunt know were to look for it

also is there a certain type of javalin i should be looking for, can they all get +2 jav skills? which is fastest base?

my level 30 cs zon did fine only hitting the 12 fpa, and her javs were +2 jav skills 10% ias and same with her gloves. of course if you can get a +2-4 jav skills with 20% ias and +2 jav skills 10% ias gloves, that's just great, but i wouldn't sacrifice 2 or 3 skill points for hitting a higher bp, unless it's against a zealot or kicksin with low resists and mdr, but other than that hitting as hard as you can with at 12 fpa is your best bet. this is for melee, and just for a warning, if you're trying to kill an even semi decent necro or ranged char who knows what he or she's doing, it's unlikely that you can stand much of a chance.

thanx for the link, but thats the ias calc i already use, and it does not show frames for cs

The frame breaks for CS are the exact same as normal attack. Just make sure you select the type of javelin you plan to use and you should be all set.
