Level 30 3v3 Circuit Rules

No drinkable pots of any kind are allowed.
No use of items with any Slow%.
Items that add +%Res are banned, including but not limited to, hotspurs, infernostrides, hawkmail, etc.
The use of third party programs is banned.
Wells and shrines are not to be used, if you hit one on accident during the duel your character is disqualified from the round.
Regen is capped at 20, aura inclusive.
Duels are to take place in the Blood moor, after all of the monsters are cleared out. The Den of Evil/The Cave are considered not apart of the dueling area.
Each team delegates a Captain. When the Captain says go, the duel begins.
Excessive running for the sake of regenerating mana/life or prolonging the duel is not allowed. You will be disqualified.
Once you have died, you are to remain in town for the remainder of duel. If you are a paladin, turn your auras off.
Duels last to the best 3 of 5 rounds.
No muling gear on or off of a character during a set. You are only allowed to use as much as you can fit in your stash.

Skill Restrictions:
Paladins are not allowed to use Prayer/Cleansing/Meditation/Holy Freeze. Meditation from insight switch is okay.
Only chargers are allowed to use charge as an attack. All other characters are only allowed to use charge for transportation purposes only.
Paladins may not use Holy Bolt.
Amazons are not allowed to use Slow missile.
Necromancers are not permitted to use Bone Prison, Decrepify, or Clay Golem.

Seems good, I just don't like the pallys not able to use medi bit. I understand the reason since it would be hard to regulate the amount of points in prayer. Since i don't use insight and have a hard point in medi it sucks for me Sad
