Well I made a lvl 15 ice blaster sorc that pretty much kicks ass, and i'm looking to make a lvl 30, and need some suggestions.

Blizz? FB? Lightning? not even sure where to start. +skill gear is kinda tough to come by. You can use a tarn, +1 ammy, and 2 sojs, but that's pretty much it if I am remembering correctly. +1 fire from mages. I don't know off the top of my head which skill would be best without many +skills. Possibly fireball with synergies? Not really sure.

Anyway, suggestions and info is much appreciated. Gear can be talked about after Smile

I'd say FB would be best out of those options.

These are my suggestions:
Spectral Shard for your weapon.
Visceratuant or Eyeless for your shield.
Vipermagi for your armor.
Sander's for your boots.

I agree with the rest of what you've listed, but I've never played on Classic before so I don't know if I'm accurate Sad

Sanders dont exist in classic. Neither does viper or visc if I remember correctly.
