I've got an idea on what I would skill. 20 artic blast, 1 oak, 16 cyclone armor, 1 hurricane (1 twister, 1 nado as pre-reqs).

I figure a eth spirit ls/cs for a weapon.
Sig shield (your damage is so low we need to do anything to bring it up.)
3os 3 artic blast/X oak pelt or a +2 ele frw circ would be ideal for a helm.
I'm not sure about armor I'm thinking a vmagi for the skill (unless there is an armor that has alot of frw)
For boots I'm thinking sanders for the stats and frw.
Gloves I'm thinking bloodfist.
Ammy would be a nice ele/life/mana doesn't need fcr.
Rings would be soj's ofc.
belt would be a 24fhr belt so you can hit the 152 bp unless thats really excessive but it seems like it could be useful against mindblasting trappers or people with knockback/stun because this build would be used mainly against melee builds.
Oak/cyclone armor could be pre-buffed with some extra gear if you wanted.
For charms you would probably use lifers or frw scs but 9 charms would need to be 5fhr scs. If your going for the 152 bp.

If I did everything right you would end up with 782-837 cold damage/second with a max range of 16.6 yards. If you've ever fired inferno or artic blast they work the same. They are just puffs in a continous line shooting from the druid. If each puff is 1 second and you fire between 6-8 puffs in a shot (which can be shot continually to create even more puffs) you would be doing 4692-5022 before the pvp penalty and after you would be doing your original damage of 782-837 per puff. Now with enough frw (not sure how much yet going to try working some stuff out in hero editor in the morning) you could outrun your opponent much like a singer barb and fire jets behind you. With the range of the jet you could, in theory, demolish most melee chars.

So 391/jet. The only problem would be hitting them with a full jet. So unless your standing next to each other just shooting jets. Damn 3 posts and it already disproven. Took six pages on jsp.
