according to arreat summit
waraxe and military pick suppose to have same speed when user is badb
which is 0
and only pally and sin will can take advantage of the -10 speed of military pick....so the +1 range on waraxe will make it better weapon for vlld barb?...???...

Any character can "take advantage" of the -10 wsm of a military pick. A military pick will always be the faster weapon, although you can attack faster with a waraxe than with a military pick; it depends on how much ias you have.
