Diabloii.net has no guides for lld chars so I figured any is better then none. However, I so so so can't afford to equip and build every possible variation on a windy so I'm looking for some insights on the various ways they can be built.

I think the one I'm using is a pretty balanced setup. Max block with an fcr ring + whistans. 99/99 break points all around. 40% frw, 1022 average damage with 2xSoj.

Anyway, I'm looking for some thoughts on
a) 163% fcr (I'm not sure it's possible without sacrificing all your damage).
b) Mass frw build
c) Tele staff on switch (as opposed to insight)

you'll definately want a mass frw build of a windy, or else you'll be a sitting duck. 163 fcr isnt possible at level 30 Sad

I'd go with a high frw setup so you can catch casters and ranged duelers. Also, 163% fcr is possible but probably not worth it. I'd stick with 99% fcr.
In fact on a level 30 druid, you can achieve up to 185 fcr.

20 circlet
10 ammy
35 vipermagi
50 spectral shard
20 wall of the eyeless
20 magefist
20 2x fcr ring
10 fcr belt

Theoretically possible to craft a 20fcr amu for lld also.

But yeah silly bp to aim for and better to go for more dmg/frw/fhr

The only times I've acctualy wanted more frw I would have been about 10x better off with a tele staff.

It would take out my 2 ele 10 fcr ammy, not a big deal if I'm using wall of the eyeless but I can't maintain max block and 99% fcr without it unless I lose another soj for an fcr ring.

tele ammy im sure is lvl 42+ and I think tele staffs are only usefull vs some characters while frw is useable vs all of them.

Teleport is to hld to be lld, plain and simple. If you're going to pump a bunch of frw, a tele staff would be a waste. Personally, I have a tele staff on my nl druid, and I've used it one time (pheer hlds). The only reason I have it is because there isn't enough insights on nl to waste on my throw together druid.

I'm building one on ladder, and I'm planning on going 99fcr/174fhr/120 frw.
