ultimate bm = holyfreeze smite pally using generals...just mean Crying or Very sad

I know someone who has one and he does quite good against all pubbies and even some llders, you just cant run away...plus the ias isnt that hard to make up, deaths set, twitch shael in generals. You could switch to an open wounds weapon and switch back to generals to apply slow again.

im thinking the mb sin because it is hard to run away from. i guess a guided zon would be good for that too. but the sin would just stun the pubies since they have very little fhr anyway. the slower the death the better as long as they cant run away..... ha ha ha this is going to be so much fun. now to collect some gear.

lvl 30-31
weap: sprit crystal sword
helm: start with p crown / 20 fcr +2 shadow
armor: viper
rings: 2x 10 fcr stats / 2x sojs
ammy: +2 shadow / 10 fcr
boots: sanders
shield: rhyme
belt: string? fhr stats

switch some prebuff claws

im thinking bos for trap laying since i dont plan on getting hit.
if getting hit then go to fade or casters

act2 defensive merc (HF) with insight, rockfleece, duskdeep/rockstopper
maybe even a p rubie helm for life, could try a prayer merc too, but with HF, MB, and traps i dont think that char would be hitting much.

this should piss some pubies off. fairly cheap build too. let me know what u think.

Could someone compare/contrast mind blast versus psychic hammer at level 30?

MB has stun wich is key, hammer just knocks back and that doesnt help keep them in the traps which also kills their fhr. damage wise: MB has more magic dam but hammer also has physical dam. but no stun. this was calculated at lvl 30 with each skill maxed and only +6 to shadow masteries, could be more but that is the min. MB is way better for the purpuse at hand.

if i was going that high i would make a lvl 49 barb that owns all anyway. with eth oath small cresent, duress dusk, arreats, ik boots, belt, gloves, raven, angelics, and sanctuary hyperion. they just own all even some good high lvl chars. had one last ladd that once i get some stuff going i will definatly make again. so much fun and owns a whole lot of stuff.

the mb sin is allready rushed and ready to go. just have to do some dens and finish my bird quest char, and collect a few more items. if anyone finds a +2 shadow ammy i could use one, even if plain for now. im poor so i will start out with a cheaper build and eventualy make her better.
i can get the bp for fcr with what i got listed. ias will come from bos.

No, I would take pride in unabashedly bragging about how I was bringing 75% slow to the table. You're trying to be as BM as possible, not make a good LLD. Heck, I'd even put a Razortine on the switch just to start poking them once they're in permanent freeze.

I thought they nerf'ed perm freeze after .09, I used to use clegs + that one 50% slow spear on my .9 java zon for a switch weapon. lol

Another staple of the BM dueler is to provoke your opponents with insults until they bring in a high level character. As soon as they do, hostile them and declare your intention to pwn them back to the Stone Age. Walk to the town entrance (make sure to stay in town!) and then go AFK for five minutes without telling anyone. People love this, and will probably call you a cool dude.
