well i pretty much shopped in every difficulty and every act over the past 2 days straight trying to find this item, i got it from hell drognan though. i was shopping on my lvl 92 sorc

Lol, in the new season of ladder I already bought 5 x holy shield prebuff war scepters all lvl 24 req (I saw a few more lvl 30 req but I really didn't feel like buying them).

However, I also already shopped 4 x artisans shields of deflecting (kite and gothic) lvl 25 req and I already got 2 x 12% vulpine bone shields of deflecting with 2 sockets in each.

I guess I am just one lucky mofo Razz

Oh BTW, this is after only about 6 hours of shopping total over the past week ;P
