Please let me know if these things are true or false. I believe they are all true, but theres a lot of misinformation floating around about kicking mechanics.

1. OW and CB on secondary claw do not affect kicks.

2. ED/AR on weapon does not affect kicks.

3. ED/AR from all non-weapon sources does affect kicks.

4. Weapon damage does not change kick damage (Greater talons would have the same damage as Runic Talons)

5. Claw mastery does not affect kicks, even if using a claw.

6. Lastly, I have heard from a few people that using venom will cancel out any crushing blow. I don't believe this is true but I've heard it from a few people who all claim to have tested it themselves. If anyone is 100% sure about this please let me know.

3) true 20% +ar off weapon gear or jewels in your gear (not weapon) DO help kicks

5) hmm i was sure claw mastery with claw helped kicks,, but i suppose if people know otherwise i can accept that

6) no way could this be true...and its easy to test anyway
turn on venom gtoes + strength + rattle cage and do against a character with a few sols... if u do dmg = cruhing works just fine and im sure it does.

i cant test now im now at work, but ill likley try out 5 and 6 in SP by 6:00 tonight

False. When I duel necromancers, I use a bit of crushing blow. With their bone armor still intact, and venom active, chunks of life get taken off.

Claw mastery does not affect kick dmg or attack rating for sure. Not sure if the critical strike works, but I am guessing that it doesnt.

Thanks, I would still like more confirmation as I highly value Jerkazoids word on kickers.

claw mastery does NOT help kicks.

i took a 70 into hell act3 with a glaive and hatchet hands

using 1000 AR on the boots with slvl 99 claw mastery the glaive had about 2,000 AR.
with the hands it hit about 19,000 AR

it was a single kick setup too with very little kick +ar%

it hit spider with normal stabbing very infrequent (screen said it would be 37%)
with the hatcher hands i could swing and hit very frequently (screen was also telling me about 87%)

kicks i achieved 4:10 and 3:10 on the two weapon setups. (the screen said about 40% and i would agree its right enough)

critical or deadly certianly doesnt help either.. kicks are excempt from critical/deadly strikes anyway

1. OW and CB on secondary claw do not affect kicks.
True, only base claw matters

2. ED/AR on weapon does not affect kicks.
True, +AR doesn't work, but +AR% does work.
But elemental dmg works.

3. ED/AR from all non-weapon sources does affect kicks.
True about ar, but only ed% gets affected by kicks, so say goodbye to wartravelers

4. Weapon damage does not change kick damage (Greater talons would have the same damage as Runic Talons)
True

5. Claw mastery does not affect kicks, even if using a claw.
True

6. Lastly, I have heard from a few people that using venom will cancel out any crushing blow. I don't believe this is true but I've heard it from a few people who all claim to have tested it themselves. If anyone is 100% sure about this please let me know.
That just a rumor lol
