Personally, anything under 2.5k life on a lvl 49 barb is madness. You need LOTS of life charms. Even 15's will do the trick until you can get 20's.

Just get a really fast bow and lvl 1 GA. The point of the poison is to make the other person hit 1 life, and then finish them. Javalin, run around, spam GA for the kill. Easy win. =D

My 49 uses an eth Oath Highland Blade. I'd use a Balrog over it anyday, but seeing as I'm 49, I can't.
