i wouldnt use a naga since its base speed is slower then say a military pick, therefore needing less ias to hit the breakpoint. this will also save you alot of stast u can use to pump your life.

yea the 9% ed will only go towrds your minimum damage and if thats past 10 it will add more then 1 dmg so 44 max 9 ed is better.

if an item has ed besides your wepon i think it enhances the wepons ...

maxed block is a must for nearly all llders and vllders.

use shaels or p rubies instead of p skulls, the rest seems ok, research your breakpoints before making builds so you will know exactly what ...

this has to do with the enhanced damage bug on jewels.
say a helm has 3 jewels in it and does these mods 8 - 24 dmg 23% ed.
the ed would do nothing.

i personally hate fohers cuz there kinda cheap, i would go for a blizzard ice blast sorc, good dmg and can tank well with shiver armour.

i know +mana can spawn on boots but i'm pretty sure that it cant spawn lvl 9 and under.
