Is this allowed to compete in tournaments since i know smiters can only go up to lvl 28, but how far can a half smiter go?

The build i'm going with is a build to hit the 75 fcr breakpoint, cause thats reaally all you need as foh, also 125 is attainable but not needed

hard part about pooison builds is that people can just slap on some deaths and your damage is reduced highly..
