How do people get insight runestaffs? Where do people find these 4os runestaffs. I checked d2data.net and i'm trying to find one by killing monsters that drop runestaffs but is there an easier way?

Smite seems interesting but I think I'll go with charge for the extra damage and 2x prayer from insight.
