Yeah, it would help if you bid on each item seperately> one of the charms you bid on already has 1hr offer on it.

Yeah, but even finding a clean runestaff is very difficult. Most of the high percentage runestaff droppers are superunique monsters so their drops will most likely be rare or magic.
