You've got questions, we've got answers(TM). However, most of your questions can be answered without even having to ask them. Be sure to use the Search feature and take a look at the LLD Sticky. However, that Sticky will soon be replaced with a better, more organized one in the near future.. as soon as Andrew gets off his ass...
