I am so happy right now.
I had had the shittiest computer with no sound, and a broken cd rom..
NOW..
I have apparantly one really sweet freaking gaming computer. It has sound! Just bought it.

Anyway, I'm playing World of Warcraft now, anyone else happen to have it? I have a band of Canada and Nova Scotian friends playing on the server "Skull Crusher"; we soon plan to make a clan, and do many many kickass raids on the horde.

I still haven't decided, but WoW might be something i purchase today when i go to futureshop. Btw, would anyone know if i'd have problems with the game using a 56k modem?
Other than the modem, my computer i'm sure will be able to meet the sys. requirements.

What type of build you making Spazz?

dropped wow like a bad habit

didnt really like it much the pvp system blows most of the faction battles are a bunch of people whining like little newbies and not fighting cuz they dont want to come back to ge tthier gear

got guild wars though it seems alright i havent really spent much time on it yet though

Look... have you played in the latest patch antityrant?

the pvp system is now awesome, because you get killer rewards for screwing the brains out of an enemy...

Anyways, i have been onn and off WoW... I love the game, but i have overplayed it & need a break.

just wanted to bump this up to see if anyone else is playing WoW now? I just got this game and <3 it.

I'm in the Scarlet Crusade realm. A level 8 human warrior called Adherel in case you'd like to find me. Smile

i was about to buy it and actually played it bit too with guest pass and was supposed to buy real one but came to conclusion that it will just take all my time and all my money and i never really liked idea of monthly fees specially when already reg key which you need to create accnt costs 45-50? (in finland) + monthly fees which i ofc would have to pay of my already low money so i decided not to buy
so ill just stick on good old games like HL 1 (mods) and D2
though ofc it is nice game but i have better use for that money right now Shocked

I don't think the lagging is particular to the game. The only places were I did notice SLIGHT lag are the towns/inns where most people hang out, but when you're out on quests there's really not a lot of lag.

But I dunno...
I love this game and I'm sad not a lot of people play it here Sad

I myself AM a student and I DONT have the money to spend on it. (fifteen dollars a month, yuck). But it's worth it Smile

Well, yeah, the quests dont lag badly but when people raid in the town all your quests are in it ruins my fun cause raids = LAG. and the whole 15 dollar a month thing I didnt think was worth it.
