Does the resist fire skill give the holy fire aura from the dragon runeword a synergy bonus because if it does, i am going to make the best avenger ever!

yes it does, and you can wear 2 dragons and get even more damage

foh isnt a synergy of holy shock, its vice versa. plus the level 15 holy shock aura only puts out 1-108 damage. not worth losing +2 skills, +life +mana +dr over.

hmm...does the lvl 15 holy shock aura on a dream add synergy dmg to foh? it probably doesnt, but if it did that would be pretty neat.
anyway, "dreamer" builds are possible on ladder, because if u wear 2 dream pieces, u end up with a lvl 30 holy shock aura. then u just max the shock aura synergies, and if your still too weak, then get another dmg skill like vengeance or zeal. one of my friends has a tesladin/avenger on non-ladder and it works pretty well

No, the aura from Dream does not synergize FoH.
The 3 Holy Element auras DO get synergy bonuses from their associated Resist, as well as Salvation.
Yes, you can stack the aura levels with items. Dragons Stack with HoJ, Dreams Stack together, Dooms stack together(only on a barb, where the synergies can't be used), but ONLY if you don't actually use the aura itself, if I recall correctly.
