I need basically Item Layouts, Skillz Layouts, Stat Layout, and INFO about Foh.

Heres my ..

anything i should know bout foh?

foh has a cool down rate, so fcr doesnt matter for it, just so you know

also, holy thunder? horrible idea. it doesnt add anything you want, at all. holy shock wont add synergy, as +skill items dont. if anything get a 5 socket and honor it. but id suggest a +3 conviction +3 foh scepter with 2 9dex/6strength jewels in it, but thats just me.

the ONLY reason AT ALL to use a holy thunder scepter. is if you find a 4 socket one with conviction and foh on it, and you;re up against another foher. ONLY reason at all.

salvation? yea use this, if you want to do 0 damange to your opponent. foh without conviction vs high resists and mdr = useless.
meditation? with the mana % added from frosties and sojs, you wont need more
prayer? you can get +12 life replenish on a pcrown, +75 res all, thats enough.

put those points into holy shield.

this is the build i would use:

1 smite
1 charge
1 hammer
1 holy bolt
1 foh
7 holy shield
1 conviction
1 thorns
1 holy fire
1 holy freeze
7 holy shock
1 sanctuary
1 conviction
10 defiance

then on my switch have a +meditation +prayer scepter and a +skill shield. if for some fucked up reason, you run out of mana, switch weapons, and charge away to regen.

I currently have a decent FoHer on E/SC/L... It's also a Smiter Wink

Items:
Helm: +2 Combat Skills Circlet
Amulet: +2 Combat Skills Amulet
Weapon: +2 Combat Skills, +3 FoH, +3 Conviction Scepter
Armor: Spirit Shroud
Shield: +2 Combat Skills Shield
Gloves: Frostburns
Rings: Stone of Jordan
Belt: +65 life Belt (Could use SoE)
Boots: Sander's Riprap

Stats:
Strength: Base (I have enough +str charms to accomodate for Frostburns; everything else doesn't require high strength)
Dexterity: Enough for max block (Depends on shield, you also have HS)
Vitality: Rest (I have somewhere over 150, if I remember correctly)
Energy: Base (Frostburns and SOJ help alot)

Skills:
1 Fist of the Heavens
1 Conviction
7 Holy Shield
7 Holy Shock
Rest into prerequisites

Oh ok. I thought you had that septer. Well I guess mine is still the best then. 2 to combat, 3 to FOH, 3 to Holy Shock, "too bad want add to synergy" and 2 to Conviction.
