Hi everyone, first time lld'er here. was informed of this site by someone on another forum i go to, decided to check it out. very informative.

i got a lvl 18 pally, he is hell rushed on escl. i made him loosely based on a guide i read in .09 and it said to hell rush your dueler... so i did. i got a duel coming up (not from this site) and we agreed on the lld101 rules.. no rushed char. so i figured this would be the best palce to get advice on if i should do anything different gear wise or anything.

gear is: should any get changed?
45 max damage helm
20%ed, 90 max damage crystal sword
60 max damage crown shield (i want to get a aerin shield with same jewels/maybe resist mods)
2 empty socket light plate of the mammoth (40 life-gotta trade for jewels)
death's sash
bloodfist gloves
angelic combo (2 rings/ammy)
cow king boots
inv filled with 14-15 small life charms

he's a charger, i put 7 into charge, 18 into might, 2 zeal rest pre-reqs. i figure that re-made i'll only be able to do 13 might/7 charge or would there be a better mix? maybe 11 in might/1 zeal/7 charge?

if your gonna be a pure charger dont even bother with zeal

use something more damaging then a crystal sword like a war axe, maybe.

shdw_DeathAdder, thanks for reminding me.. i had set aside one of those and forgot about it. not only more damage, but 1 more range.

If I were you, I'd replace at least half of your inventory with fine GCs of xxx (life/dex/str/etc...) The AR boost they will add will really help your chances of hitting with charge.

get a 4 sokt superior gothic and 60 max it. the 30 max dmg will go further then the 40 life.

since your a charger u want a lot of dmg...because your only gonna get about 2 good hits in...and u want them dead in the first or 2nd hit

No offense, but the lvl 18 zealots will have you for lunch. Best bet for a charger is to go to lvl 24 for ethereal Bonesnap and hope for a 1 hit KO. Short of that, zealots are just too fast.
