ok, I am going to make a NovaMancer, so this is what i have so far, most of it mystic thought of.
Skills:
20 Dagger
10 Poison Explosion
1 Poison Nova
2 other prerequisites
Helm: +2 PnB Circlet
Amulet: +2 PnB Amulet
Wand: +2 PnB +3 Psn Nova +1 Lower Resist Wand
Armor: Vipermagi
Shield: +3 Psn Nova +1 Fire Golem +1 Bone Prison Head
Gloves: Magefist
Rings: 2 SOJ
Belt: +80 Life Plated/Heavy Belt or Death's Guard
Boots: Sander's Riprap
Weapon Switch: Lower Resist Wand
Stats:
Dex: Should i go max block or not?
Strength: equipment
Vitality: Al else
Nrg: none
(yes mystic, i copied and pasted).
What do you think of it?

i think "good luck" with aquiring your chosen wand and helm, maybe even amulet. and i think "good luck" vs people with stacked res and -75% length.
on your switch you should also have either sigons or a +3 lower res or +necro skill head.
yes to max block.

Definately max block, and if you can get a non-magic wand like that, 'white' it.

im sorry, but are you retarded?
2 els in a wand (weapon) will give him +100 To Attack Rating, +2 Light Radius.
if anything put 2*9dex jewels (with extra mods, such as +strength/mana/life/res/dtm/etc). but not 2 el's...christ...
