I just bought one with
+2 Ele
+10 FCR
+30 Mana
10 DTM
Attacker Takes Dmg
Other mods I forget

I personally like mine Neutral

well, if your not a wind druid, then u dont need fcr. i think the other mods make up for the lack of fcr.

my druid build doesnt need fcr

That's a pretty tight ammy. Granted, no FCR, but really pretty much eveything else you could ask for in a druid caster ammy. Pretty fat life and mana bonuses, and the resists are just cake. If that was a +2 necro skills ammy I'd be trying to buy it off you right now.

Yeah, that's nice, assuming you can get the 99 FCR breakpoint without FCR on your ammy. Very nice.

are fire druids even viable?
