Can these mods spawn on Greater Claws?

+2 Shadow Disciplines
+3 Fade

or

+2 Shadow Disciplines
+3 Venom

Greater Claws req being level 33 I was looking into this for my 35 kicker as prebuff claws.

If this is something I can find out using some kind of calculator or a table listed somewhere, please tell me though so I won't pester you guys about this stuff. I took a look in the useful links thread but I didn't find what I was looking for, the closest thing being the affix calc. If I can find the data I want from that, I could use some help in using it since I obviously am using it incorrectly.

You can get the +3 venom mods on them, you can also get them on hand scythe's for level 30. I have never seen + BoS or +Fade claws, so I'm not sure if those exist.

BoS and Fade Cant Spawn As Premods on Claws I think last time i checked but those 3+ Venom Claws can spawn problem is getting claws like those :O

well... fade can spawn on claws... i got +5 fade claws as precast @ my asn so that i know Wink

its a greater talon... but seeing as my mate got like +3shadow/+xfade/+xvenom(not sure about venom/fade numbers) greater claws they can spawn Wink

I ran into Greater Talons with +1 Shadow Master, +3 Venom, and +2 Dragon Flight. They're non-magic, and would probably get max sockets. I kept them thinking I'd make a kicker some day, but I doubt I'll ever get around to it.

My bad. I meant "Greater Claws". The things I found only require a level of 33 to use.

stay in the range of 25-36, wait what is that if you use the 3 chippy recipe you get an ilvl 25 item which puts you in that range, already.

So next look at alvl you need a alvl of 40 to get +2 skill tree affixes, that means your alvl needs to come out to 40 or greater when rerolling. The alvl of greaterclaws on a chippy reroll is 23 according to the affix calculator. So that will not get you the +2 skill tree your looking for.

You would need a ilvl of 62 to get the alvl 40 on the greater claws, that puts you in the tier 5 category so you only have a 20% chance of dropping to tier 4. Still doable though. You will have to find a greater claw with an ilvl of 62+ in order to get that claw to drop. This means you have to find or buy it there is no reroll for that ilvl or better, 3pgem recipe would get you there but that could take awhile.

I wish you luck finding it.

Since I don't employ the use of MH, could anyone point me in the right direction to find an ilvl 62 greater claw? Pgems I can load up on and cube all day if I have to, but finding that ilvl 62 claw I might have some problems with. He mentions that you can possibly shop the thing, so I'm curious how clvl affects the ilvls of the shop items. If someone has a better idea on how to go about finding this, I'm all ears.

Nightmare cows are drop ilvl 64 (methinks)

Shopped items ilvl = clvl + 5. There are exceptions where the ilvl is capped in Normal acts. So shop in NM or Hell to find one to cube.

Would you recomend simply shopping for it (taking a wp over and over to reset the shops) or actually cubing it once a suitable ilvl claw is found?
