18 Throw barb suggestions appreciated |
|
Didn't really do much reasearch just found some decent lvl 18 javs and started a new char. I'm going for something a little like this:
Stats:
Str-70-for gothic plate
Dex-Base-no sheild
Vit-Rest
Nrg-Base
Equipment:
60 Max gothic plate or Twitch
Goblin toe or Sanders
Deaths gloves
Death sash
Angelic Rings
Angelic Ammy
2x rare war javs something of that nature
I found a +3 throw mastery, but dont think thats good enough probably a 45 max helm
Skills: This is wear I'm sketchy
7 double throw
1 iron skin
Rest in throw mastery? And have a shout helm with me

I made a 29 thrower designed to use twitch and now I wish I had chosen the max damage, because for half a frame rate I would much more like to ahve the added damage, and I would go with sanders, the ar and stats are nice.
As for skills I would suggest pumping double throw and then 1 in iron skin and the rest in throw mastery.

Throw barb eh? I havn't seen one of those in a looong time...
Well, you have a couple of options here.
You could try this:
lvl1 throw mastery
lvl1 spear mastery
split points into double throw and double swing.
Then, run up to them and start double swinging and then once they run from you, you can hurl your javs at them for even more damage.
Or, you could hurl javs at them as they run up to you and then double swing.
Of course, this idea is just plain silly, a barb without a shield.. pffffft

Thanks, and another question if one of my javs has knockback, does that work in duels?

Yes.
OR you could use that unique great helm, it has knockback.

I would actualy Build the babr around twitch because only lvl 18 throw barb and 20 str having to add is almost waste full if you can geta barb helm to give 3 to amstery and max that its much betetr this way you are faster more light weight and instead of sanders i recomend ck for less dex req with my build u only use 5 stat points in dex and thats it the rest goes to vitality. which is more nessicary to lvl 18 barb than bout 130 dmg max your twitch get a lvl 16 mastery and your dmg will have1/2 chance to dounle anyways hope this help gl to u.
