what type should i use, i cant decide. 4 soc ancient?? 4 soc gothic??

since im a thrower, i need minimal str, and not too much defence i guess..because ill be ranged

Gothic is the lowest str req 4 socket armor for a lld thrower.

I would Actualy go with a maxed twitch but depends on wat lvl i did the calculations for a lvl 29 thrower with a gothic plate maxed alright i assumed since 29 lets use harpoons. thats 118 dex and 70 str for gothic unless u some how in hell get 4 max dmg jewels with -15% which woudl stil be only -11 str out of 150 stat points u would be left with not much vit which is necisary for thrower.. u dont need much more dmg with poons and a 1/2 critical striking point with a lvl 16 mastery.
