Is this good or bad? I think ym chars gonna be lvl 30 pvp fire trap asn

i need 60 str.. / How much dex for max block?

Cow Boots = 20 dex
Blade Buckle = 5 Str / 10 dex
So Thats total of 50 DEX / 25 STR...
I guess i gotta put some Pts in STR -.-

Help me plz , to improve this beter

+2 traps ammy: (mana/str/life/ 10% fcr/res/plr)

needs about 85 dex for 75% with rhyme

GEAR:

you dont need that much str.
magefist = 45
use 15/15 string or a fhr/str/life/mana caster or rare belt
blade buckel = waste since it cost 15 extra stats to equip it

sheal does not increase fcr, shael = ias

i think the fcr bp is 68 (gotta double check, i know its less than 70)
so if you get a trap ammy wit 10% fcr and a 8-10% fcr belt you can use a +2 trap claw instead of shard.

another option is use 2x +2 trap claws and use wep block (blocks blizz n bs) so much less dex and more life. Use blade talons since they have lower str/dex, which you can hel or -15 req jewel. the good thing about this is that you will have alot more dmg, but just dont let a good mele char stand there and hit you.

get 2x +2 shadow blade talons for pre cast of bos

boots: you decide
cow kings: +15 life (from dex)
sanders: +10% r/w

STATS/SKILLS:

not sure on skills, i guess they look alright
stats:
str = enough to equip (45 with charms/gear/jewels)
dex = depends if you are using a sheild or not
vita = everything else
energy = none (unless you have no mana charms)

i think thats it for now...

It might be still a good idea to sheal shard because it helps to lay traps faster.

I think traps are IAS, not FCR. Anyone else experience that?

When i use tucs, it lays traps alot faster then if i use wizspike.

traps are IAS based,.. . u lay them down, not cast them..(in blizzard words)

Mindblast is a Spell that is cast dependant. (mindblast is not allowed in lld101)

i dont have any gear for trappers really, i know u CAN have a +2 traps ammy and thats what i guess i would recomend to get the dmg up, (mention Realm and Ladder or Non in your sigs/avatar people)

u could go for switching but i dont know how well that works.

eyeless + shard = mindblasting
+2traps talons with IAS + sigons for laying traps.

i didnt know traps were ias based... well learn something new every day Smile

but you can still hit the 65% fcr bp for mindblast with other gear, and have ias on the +2 trap claws (either inherent mods or shaels)

anyone know where I can find the trap ias bp's?
i looked on dii.net and didnt see anything.

i beileve its the same as your normal attack speed at that moment.

if u claw hit 7-8 frames,, u cast traps at 7-8 frames.. pretty sure thats the fastest it can be

I like the RHYME shield cuz of cannot be frozen, and the Increase Block Rate. ALSO, im getting confused. Is Traps IAS, or FCR. so when i lay traps will it affect both? or just IAS or FCR

i havent gotten around to testing this so im just goin by what Jerkazoid said

laying traps = ias
mindlast = fcr

so to have a well rounded trapper you should get as much of both of these as you can.

a good set up would be
vipermagi
magefist
trap/10 fcr ammy
crafted caster belt 5+ fcr
+2 trap 2 soc blade talons shael'd

this hits the 65% fcr bp, and has 40-70 ias claws (bos might affect ias too)
