can they b found in 1.10? cuz i have shopped for hours never finding one but i thought i may i have saw one once but i cant really remember... anyone know?

I tried shopping for one myself, and I'm pretty sure they can't be shopped or found in 1.10. The only way to get one is from a pre-1.10 shopped/found scepter.

Just to confirm this for definete,

You CAN still shop Holy Shield Scepters, just shopped an Iron War Scepter from Mallah Act5 hell with a level 92 character.

+31 ar
+1 meditation
+1 sanctuary
+2 holy shield

Not for trade, but at least I know for sure now they are able to be shopped in V1.10
