To stop worrying about bandwidth problems, how about deleting the last 30 or so pages in the trade forums, and delete plenty of stuff from other forums while you're at it?

but..but..my post count Crying or Very sad

no just kidding. sounds fine to me, but id say leave the last months posts. it certainly would make searching for a post easier, with less trade posts coming up as results.

for the sake of bandwidth, if this page is going to continue, please resize the pictures before you post them, or find smaller versions on the net. the size b[x] has posted is fine, but the size mystic has posted is not (please find a smaller version mystic).

From the "Beat this" thread.

I can find plenty more examples but I'm lazy Confused

well, the beat this thread's pictures will expire on their own, free hosting sites only hold the pictures for a short time.

I think deleting any trade threads over 1 month old is a great idea. I have always wondered why it wasn;t that way already. Threads in other sections of course wouldn;t delete for obvious reasons, but trade threads! wooooo

If theres no bandwith problem I don't think that is a good idea... Old posts are a forum's history...and what about search button ? If you remove old posts , there might be usefull info lost....
