So this is just a thought experiment. I wanted to figure out whats the most HP a level 30 character could possibly have, without having to use any additional players (for allied BO, sage, etc). Just a single character with this. My goal is to break 10000 HP on a level 30 werebear, but lets see how possible that is:

Helm: Artisan's of Squid +194 (3x pruby)
Armor: Artisan's of Squid +194
Shield: Crafted Blood- +56 HP, (+20 craft, +20 mod, 2x +8 jewels in sockets)
Weapon: 6x socketed with +8 jewels, +48 HP (this is the best I could find)
Ammy: +80 (magic)
Rings: +80 (40 each, crafted blood rings)
Gloves: +40 (bloodfist)
Belt: of squid +80
Boots: crafted +20
Charms: 40x +15 sc's.

= +1392 HP

Prebuff:
Helm: +5 lycan, +5 oak (2x different helms)
Ammy: +2 each
Weapon: +2 (spirit)
Rings: +2 (sojs)
Shield: +1
Armor: +1
= level 33 lycanthropy, level 33 oak sage
= +420% HP

Base stats at level 30, with nothing but vitality (assume we'd get strength from prebuff gear & item mods/ethereal, etc), we have:
Base HP = 55
Levels = 1.5 * 29 = +44
Stats = (29 * 5 + 3 * 5) * 2 = +320
Quests = +60

= 1871 HP (unshifted, no oak)
= 9729 HP (shifted, oak)

If I did my math right, the 10000 HP goal is just out of reach. Sad Sad But I'm sure your 9729 level 30 werebear will be able to take a few hits

Just for shits and giggles, lets add in allied BO & BC:
Oak/Lycan from 33 ---> 34
BO = 37 (most at level 30) = +143%
so +420% ---> +573%

= 12592 HP

To make this char usable, could always chant it. Bm, but its just for kicks and giggles.

Also, I don't think Artisans of the Squid is possible on a circ, could be wrong though.

But it is possible on a wolf pelt I believe.

Artisans of the squid is possible on a circlet, but circlets have a max of two sockets. Pelts can't get the 'of the squid' suffix.

You'll also want to take another look at the shield and rings.

Most you can get on a pelt at level 30 is +20. +60 hp is a magic-only suffix with a level req of 70ish.

The only thing you could get +194 hp on would be a barb hat.

EDIT: You'd also need a +werebear staffmod, as there aren't enough points to max lycanthrope and oak sage as well as putting a point in werebear (which would require 42 points).

Also, you won't be able to get a +5 lycan hat for level 30, and I'm about 99% sure you can't get a +5 oak hat for level 30.

It sounds like fun but what would the attack be? you would need some sort of open wounds and crit. It would be nice to see a lvl 30 with even 8k life.

if you cant find x6 20 life jewels for your weapon, you're better off with a spirit crystal or long sword (+2 skills and +22ish vitality).

Not positive, but I'm pretty sure 20 life jewels are higher rlvl than 30

They are. 20 mana is <lvl> lvl 30.

a cs with 6x +8 jewels has +48 hp, a spirit sword has +44 hp.

That's incorrect. The jewels give +life while a spirit sword gives +vitality.

unless I'm missing out on some huge important mechanic, +22 vitality is +44 HP on a druid. I don't see why that is hard to understand

hence a +48 life sword > +22 vitality

I think the 4 life could be sacrificed since all of the bonuses you will get from the spirit.

This char has to kill people at some point too.

BO/Oak/wereform/Jah doesn't boost life from +vit (or +hp/level or +vit/level). So you're still correct in a +48 life sword > +22 vitality, but by a much greater margin.
