i have 3 questions.
1: can holy shock work with ranged attacks suck as a bow?

2: dose is cause the ranged attack to hit every time?

3: if the answer to question #2 is no, then if i use a bow that says
fires explosive arrows, will that low the arrow to hit most of
the time regardless of your low AR?

3. I don't think so. The splash might hit, but I don't think the physical dmg hits all the time.
