I am making a pub killer and am not sure which cold spell is the best to max out: Ice Bolt, Ice Blast or Glacial Spike?
I really dont want the typical blizz sorc.
I will be trying some pk with this char, upsetting some tomb runs or something Twisted Evil

Ice blast typically.
Ice bolt could work if you wanted to pt into orb as well, wastes your blizz dmg though.

So I would max Ice Blast and rest into a synergy, or does the synergy typically give more damage?

well maxing blizz, ice blast, and the rest into ice bolt is typical. gives you ideal blizz and blast damage (about 1200 dmg for both with spirit)
