Well the usual is crushflange smiter but thats kinda basic what about a smiter that goes for damage was thinking.

3 soc mask 3 flawed rubies or amnthysts
4 soc armour 4 flawed rubies or amnthysts
deaths
stat ammy/ rings
rare spiked shield
now for the wep is khalims for some pretty nice smite speed should be able to out hit alot of low lvls
aura : might since there are no cb
and pump str for max dmg

I have a lvl 9 regen smiter and it works, but can't beat most of the vllds out there. your wep would have to be crushflange for the cb and the str. Another option is to make a def smiter with sigs combo using gloves, boots, and helm/belt and a high def ancient.

6pvp dmg at best, easily mitigated.

the build only works bc it always hits coupled with OW/CB (gnasher axe)
the def route would be the most powerful. eth repair ancient

dmg must reach a certain threshold to work, at VLLD a NON ar, unavoidable dmg needs to surpass 9 pvp output, reaching 15pvp and it starts to hit viable.

but at 30 up to 60 listed, nothing....two nagels , an ammy with 1dr , add hsarus shield,,, and the build is a failure. ideally u need three times this

i used to have 9lvl defiance smiter(unfinished one though..) it was nice char messing around with. had something like 1.6k defense and used gnasher for that ow/cb and killed thouse random ppls who joined my vlld games. not the best char but its cool messing around and cheap.
