ok i just wanted a quick summarize of what the glitch is again...this is what im thinking....if u add ed on a shield that already has ed the ed that u added DOESNT COUNT? or does it fuck up the whole ed on the shield???

im pretty sure the BASE ed on the sheild works...only time ed added doesnt work is if its on a ed/max or min jewl
i am retarded and put a 14/15%ed on my twitch and ive been told that the ed will only affect my min dmg

the base ed will effect both dmg's. the new ed will effect only the opposite dmg. ie: new ed/max will effect min. new ed/min will effect max. if it is an ed/min-max jewel, the ed wont effect either, itll be nuetralized.
