Subject description: Oh yes, I'll hide my strategy no more!

Overview:

Hell Rushed.
80 Stat Points
25 Skill Points

Do not overlook this build. I assure you that once you come within reach of perfecting your gear, you will be able to intimidate nearly anyone with this character's robustness. I'm not simple speaking of killing LLDs, if it's high level amazons that are attempting to PK your LLD, this build will be able to stun them almost completely. This allows a decent level 30 who is grouped with you to teach some manners to fools.

This character is what you would call a regenerating build, it runs, spams, and attacks. Respect yourself though if you're caught up in a scuffle! It's the other players fault for neglecting to have FRW in their build.
On the side of all of those who lacked decency for my build (excuse me) this build is easily bad mannered (BM).

I'd love to answer any questions you have about this build (feel free to PM me with questions). I've had this build since 1.09, when I then shortly after, found LLD101. :-)

Skill Points:
14 Psychic Hammer (17-25 Magic/17-25 Physical Damage)
1 Claw Mastery (Prerequisite)
3 Claw Block (for Casters)
5 Burst of Speed (Speed is a necessity)
1 Fire Blast (Prerequisite)
1 Wake of Fire (for Stun [Dodge, and FHR])

Stat Points:
Strength: 23 (20)
Dexterity: 48 (20)
Vitality: 100 (20)
Energy: 25 (25)

Equipment:
3 Sockets 15% Superior Durability Mask (3 Skulls)
Blinkbat's Form (Skull)
Maelstrom (6 Dex/15 Mana/12% Damage to Mana/6 Energy/8 Life Jewel)
Cow King's Hooves

Crafted Caster Belt (Light Belt, Ith, Perfect Amethyst, Jewel):
5% Faster Cast Rate
10% Regenerate Mana
30 Mana

Note: A level 14 Belt, will only have 1 modification (+10 mana in this case)

Crafted Caster Gloves (Light Gloves, Ort, P Amethyst, Jewel):
1 Mana Per Kill
10% Regenerate Mana
30 Mana

Note As Above
(More info on crafting here)

Rare Amulet:
10% FCR
10 Replenish Life
3 Strength
2 Dexterity
20 Mana

Rare Rings:
10% FCR
5 Replenish Life
20 Mana
6 Energy
10 Life

Charms:
10x 10 Life/7 Mana Small Charms
3x 12% Faster Hit Recovery/26 Mana Grand Charms
7x 26 Mana/7% Faster Run/Walk Grand Charms

Rare Boneshield (The Gem):
17% FHR
30% IBS
20% ICB
20 Mana
12% Damage to Mana
10 Life
(15 Mana/12% Damage to Mana/6 Energy/8 Life/-15% Requirement Jewel[s])

Target FCR: 65%
Target FHR: 86%
Target FRW: 89%

The stat points can be switched around on a few items, but make sure you have 23/48 (Strength/Dexterity).

As implausible as it may sound, I actually nearly had all perfect gear for this character. My charms were all 26 mana/7% FRW as shown, so it's not impossible--don't give up.

Mods are listed in desirabe order.

I think this was actually the only amazing character, I was ever known for.

Strategy:

Practice makes perfect, but I'll attempt to summarize the method.

Cast BoS.
Run ~ a screen away, cast WoF.
Spam PH.
Repeat (excluding WoF, if you're opponent has high FHR).

My kill records include, a level 86 hammerdin (whom was geared, perhaps not well),
a level 72 amazon, and others which I did not get a chance to grab an ear from.

One last note, if someone stacks DR/MDR and negates you:
Refuse to fight them, and be very well mannered.
Bring a level 30 to fight! (but not a level 31+, that's newbish)
S&E.

Please post, I want replies.

Go 15 foolio, unlocks 1shadow and allows you to compete in the 15 bracket.

The main damage is from PH, hence the name. 34-50 damage overall.

Level 14, is mathematically ideal, because it is what I consider a "break point level." Charms, Mods, etc.

The step between 13 and 14, is much larger than 14 and 15 for this build.

Also, level 14 is surprising and conspicious.

Nice to see you again Fudge.

this is a good strong guide, it leaves out a few particulars on how to craft, but just a link to learn more about crafting is a small edit

the shield, u can get away with a shopped VBSOD, 2 sockets for stats/mana dtm jewels.

i like the 15 as well.
+3skill for more knockback % from; tarnhelm, another level, +1 shadow ammy. also flawless skulls OR ith and eth runes.

ps. a lvl 25 version is KILLER btw

Man one of these sounds fun, I've had the misfortune of getting embarrassed by one of these on one of my old LLD's, after talking lots of smack too. Embarassed
Having no experience in this field, I have to ask why are Mind Blast sins not made, is it because of the level require of MB or mana cost or something?

MB puts "Stun" effect on, but it does not FHR lock or knockback.

the lock you perceive are usually traps hitting you while you are in stunned status

Thanks Jerkazoid, I'll add those crafting links.

Although, I really do prefer a rare shield with at least
17% FHR
30% IBS
20% ICB
12% DTM

:-)

I've also never ran into a level 15 (ANY) that I couldn't beat. Only a few good level 18's.

I nearly PKd Ecko's hammerdin, and a few other who probably would be embarassed for me to mention. Mostly amazons. WoF+PH owns their dodge and FHR. :-)

How fast is the killing speed? I can't imagine very quick doing between 25-50. This looks like a neat build if you just wanna bm someone, but i don't see it being very fun when you just namelock and hold until they die after ten minutes :/

It's not bad mannered. And please don't post in my thread if you don't bother to read the guide; I thoroughly discussed this build as being taken as 'BM.'

It's more than namelocking, if you're dueling anyone with ANY FHR.

Actually, all you mentioned was that this build works very well for BM'ing. I don't see why you're upset at badguts for agreeing with you.

However, how can you even argue that this is a GM build when you pick a skill that doesn't allow your opponent to move and then refuse to fight people who might try to counter your strategy?

You make the ridiculous point that it's your opponent's fault for not having enough footspeed to keep up with an assassin with tricked out burst of speed and 10 run/walk GC's. Perhaps it's your fault for not having a skill that is capable of doing more than 8 damage when your opponent puts on a Nagelring and a Cathan's Ring and becomes invincible to you.

To be literal, you need more than just that to negate this character.

Opponents would want a high FHR/FRW switch in their stash.

One last note:

READ THE GUIDE BEFORE YOU POST.

My build does not use 10x FRW GCs. Thank you.

You actually do need that much mana (lol). You could go health, but in order to avoid using mana potions (which I consider to be as illegal as health potions), you will need almost as much mana as listed here.

I believe the mana/mana regeneration listed here will barely enough to never need mana potions. While casting WoF constantly with my assassin, it took me approximately two minutes to deplete my mana.
