When i first joined VoicesLLD and Krajee were in my ass so deep I thought I was in prison! Every time I asked a stupid question, every time I gave a stupid answer, whatever! It taught me very quickly that if I wanted to stay on this site I better figure out the "search button", read "the stickies", and stfu unless I have some sort of clue wtf I'm talking about. In retrospect I miss those days of the "Flame-O-Mod". Even Dao dealt some nasty well-worded zingers that were funny as hell to read!!! did all the mods retire or did they just get tired of smacking the noobs down? Even though I'm retired I miss reading the smackdown given to nooblets.

It's a different community now. D2 is dying, and so is LLD, so if you scare a "noob" away, their wont be 5 more to replace him the next day Chances are he wont return as well. This site can't afford to be "mean" like it used to be. _________________

Oh so he does visit. He just waits to pounce when the opportunity comes up. You were the hardest admin, well no I didnt think about voices, I never met him but from what ive seen you dont want on his bad side. OSA was probobly the hardest mod. |

You were the most lenient... I forgot about jerkazoid... he knew so much about the game that when he flamed you it never made sense. he would start writing about obscure stuff that hardly 10 people in the game even knew and he put it in such a way that he'd have to re-answer the same question 100 times in order for us to even understand. He never flamed like some people did... he just made you feel really stupid. Voices would just flat out call you a dumbshit (so to speak). Krajee was tough... but, once you knew what you were doing he was fairly cool. Always AFK... but cool! LMAO What about "Roy" the flame-room mod! haahahahahahaha. That was the funniest thing ever to see a moderator lay the smack down harder than anyone else in the forum. Dao was the most creative with his responses... he's probably hte most quoted guy on this site. Definately the "zinger king". _________________

lol And Knarl was never really the scary/mean mod. Except when his title was 'Keeper of the Ban Bludgeon', that was rather intimidating. I always considered him to be the reasonable admin, not that the others weren't. _________________

The site isn't as full of noobs like it was in the past. Less and less new people are starting d2 and the members we have here are [slowly] learning how to make chars without asking dumb questions. Plus, we got rid of godz, bela and breakbeatz... [unless they are just using another name now]
