So last night i was at work making a few dleiveries(samies not pizza). I have a headlight out been out for about a week. I got a replacement sitting on my desk now the the last 3 days, anyways. So i get pulled over for it. I shoulda seen it coming, I drove past the cop while he had sumone else pulled over w/ a headlight out. I didn't care to much i figured they would be gone by the time i drove past again, Nope. The cop pulled away from the curb right as i pulled up behind him. Of course he pulls over and then whips behind me and flashes them lovley blue and reds.

So i'm sitting there getting my wallet out with all my needed papers. He walks up to the door and our convo went like this.

cop1- "license and regis... shit how much weed you been smoking tonite"

me- (i hand him my papers) "not a whole lot, you still need this one" And hand him more papers.

cop1- "how long ago you smoke? your not drivin and smokin are you?"

me- "hell no, i at least know better then that."

cop1- "you got any on you?"

me-"of course"

cop1- "step out of the car please."

2nd cop walks up and starts talking.

cop1 - "should we pat him down"

cop2- "naw, ive never met a hostile pothead yet, got any pocket knives or syeringes"

me- "nope, i only smoke weed"

cop1- "wheres your stuff"

me- "in the center console, my pipe and a bag of stuff"

cop1- pulls out my pipe case and unzips it "WHOA that stinks"

me- (like an idiot) "yea its kinda old".......

cop2- "thats looks prety neat, nice glass" (that comment blew my mind)

cop1- "yea that is kinda cool" (who the hell are these cops)

So to shorten things up they run my papers and give me the whole i shouldn't be having this kind of stuff in my car.

cop2 tells the other cop "hey we go out for beers after work, and he goes and smokes a bowl" the other cop was all, "yea i guess ya gotta do what ya gotta do."

hands me my license and says "ok Kyle your good to go, i'll trust you'll get rid of that pipe." (WTF!!!)

So I get back in my car and my weed and my pipe and sitting on my seat........................................... WTF!!!

No fix-it ticket for the light, no DUI , no Possesion charge nuthing...

I will never talk down on cops again.

California cops seem to be pretty lenient with pot from what I hear.

Also pretty much everyone I've known who has been busted for possession has gotten caught while either smoking in their car or driving after smoking with stuff still in their car. Be careful!

Yea, they were kinda edgy untill i told them all i do is smoke. I think most cops around here are out for the meth heads.
