well all those +skills combined make it equivalent to a +2 foh, +2 bh, +3 conc scepter. usually if a white scepter can be better than the one you have, its not that great. i'd prefer and honor with a couple skills on it to that. and of course spirit would be better too

i agree with the above poster, i would use a spirit sword before that.

not only does spirit give +2 to all skills it gives a huge boost in fast casting and mana.

its not useless, its decent for a temp until you get better setup, and definitely a fun switch for another melee type character. However it loses a lot of "potential" because you would still have to put points into conviction to get usage out of it. A +1 conv +2 foh would be worth more even without sockets.
