Subject description: Where TO GO TO A Good Game For Dueling		  
i don't like to vs nubes bc they to easy..
were should i go or is there anyone at lvl 9-17 that is willing to vs me lvl 14 smiter...
he is also my very first smiter i've ever made too...

This is what the Low Level Dueling section is for.. you could call out all duelers in those level ranges if you really think your that good. :]
