You'll obviously hit more damage when using a two-handed weapon, especially Steeldriver, Bonesnap, or a Pike. I'm still waiting for a chance to transfer a really nice rare ethereal Pike I found (no repair  ) to my lv12 Paladin and look at the damage... I also need some more jewels for armor; my Paladin's using a +96 to life Gothic Plate at the moment.
Edit: Misspelled "ethereal".

Ah, that famous 2 handed weapon: steelrend, and the new unique ogre gauntlets: steeldriver.
