76 seems like it would be an awkward lvl... But i could definatly see something like this raping nm duels with it, plus no one could really say much beause 70's are pretty standard in nm duels.

Lol... in the proposed changes for 1.10 dueling, it says no teleport allowed for sorcs... but enig was 1.10.

Yes, the idea was that no one was allowed to teleport as the existing rules did not prohibit it on sorceresses.

4. No use of another class’s skills (teleport, BO, oak, auras)

If you want a rule-set geared towards 1.10, look at Clan-Honor's rules. They were a little biased towards barbarians, paladins, and shifters, but it's too hard to make rules that balance everything. The fact that the CH population was vastly different from a pub was reason enough for me to play.
