what im wondering is will the bonuses plus prebuff shout add up to be better or equal with higher ar?
if i were to socket this with either a ruby or 15max. will it be as good?

Considering its for a lvl 18, the ideal, I guess, would be some sort of +3 throwing mastery 3os helm (low str req like Fanged Helm) with usefull skills like increased stamina, double throw, etc...
Ideal rare hm.. 2os +3 throw mastery, 40 life, +mana helm haha
Then just throw some 15+ damage jewels on it

I'd buy this helm only if its cheap, and use it as a tempo. Life is a bit low, str a little high, also defense is kidna useless. But that mana might be usefull

I'd use a 3socket fanged helm or jawbone cap with +3 throw mastery socketed with +max jewels. If those are your only options, I'd go with the crown.

that eth/rep helm is highly mediocre. if you can't find a fanged helm/jawbone cap, use a 3 socket mask.
