Hey guys,

My level 9 smiter doesnt seem to be quite up to par and i was wanting to know if anyone had any suggestions as to what to bring him up.

Helm: 3 flawed ruby'd masked

Armor: 3 flawed ruby'd breastplate

Weapon: Gnasher

Shield: fasterblock rate, 10% more block rate spiked shield

Ammy: nothing decided atm

Rings: Not decided

Belt: Deaths Gaurd

my smite dmg is only 16-28 but that seemed descent to me, but its evidently not good enough

I have but a mere 208 hp.

Help..... is all i can say...... help

Seriously? LvL 9 Smiter?

Um good luck with that. I'd say it's impossible to make one that kills stuff.

well at lvl 9, id try to get the biggest smite dmg sheild possible, not sure if its spiked shield or some class specific shield, id proly socket the helm, armor, and sheild with 20% ed jewls. u never stated what gloves you use but im goin to assume death or bloodfist, for the weapon i would try a kalims will for the REALY good speed. make sure u fill your inventory with 15 life lcs. thats about all i can think of for lvl 9 smiter.

You won't get any damage going on because you don't have holy shield. No matter if you could somehow use hax to max smite, put on your godliest spiked shield and all the ed jewel in the world (and max might while your at it) you'll still do nothing. Holy shield is the skill that really creates the power in smite.

BTW ed jewels don't work for smite.

yes they do but with such a low lvl it wont help much, anyway a lvl 9 smiter would be fun for pubbies but i think would be so horribly underpowered for serious vllding

o man, i've herd it all. but yea, your gonna need lots o help and not viable.

no holy shield, no dmg shield, not + items so no build. And does might even give bonus to smite? im assuming no right now until otherwise corrected.

anyways not for "competitive" build for serious ppl. But least smiters are funny to kill at lev 9

but good thought though.

hey, sounds like your not hell rushed, fill up that inventory with 15 life lc's
definately make sure your using deaths gloves and belt. check the fps table and probably want to get kalims will for fastest attack. that will give u like 90 ias with the deaths/will set up. and um good luck,t hat sounds really fun, im not gonna be like NO BAD BUILD coughthatguycough but it will be tough, very good like, i like the odd builds too :)

I also have a lv9 Smiter that takes down other melee characters fairly easy...

Helm: 3-Flawed Ruby
Amulet: None ATM
Weapon: The Gnasher
Weapon Switch: Mace with 5% CtC Amp
Armor: 3-Flawed Ruby
Shield: Rare Spiked Shield
Shield Switch: " "
Gloves: Death's Hand
Rings: None ATM
Belt: Death's Guard
Boots: Hsaru's Iron Heel

Death's Hand and Guard offer you 30% IAS... Very helpful.

As for damage... You're not really aiming for high damage; it's more a reliance on The Gnasher's open wounds and crushing blow... Mine's nightmare rushed and has decent life.

I'll post some stats tomorrow if it'll help ^_^

OK I just met this guy who claims his old lvl 9 PURE smiter did 374-425 damage.

Tell me...is this possible?...LEVEL 9!!!

He says the gear is very difficult to achieve...that's all that he would let on.

Oh he also said he used LOTS of str charms, but still =/

smite won't do enough damage at lvl 9 after pvp penalty no matter how good your gear or perfect your build. Without holyshield smiter is useless.

i have just met someone recently with a odd lvl 9 smiter build.
and actualy i think he just joined 101.
he made a dmg return smiter. i know pallys arn't allowed to use thorns but this is lvl 9, and this is smite, and he's a pubby dueler.

he used like 4x flawed skulls in his shield. which give 32 dmg return.
and thorns aura, and some other stuff

he doesn't do alot of dmg but what is returned did a lot. i remember my zon dueling him and getting down to 50 life, and same as rancids sin. and some other people. it's a good idea for a tough build.
