Subject description: is useing the safty weapon worth it?		  
I have not been able to trade or buy some nice javs, as such I am trying to make a useable safety weapon.

Safety Weapon Magic Normal/Exceptional/Elite Spear or Javelin
Sol Rune
Perfect Emerald
Any Jewel
+ (5-10%) Enhanced Defense
Magic Damage Reduced By (1-2)
Damage Reduced By (1-4)

So far I have cubed some 11 sets of javs - all dropped in cow games. I have used a lvl 30 to cube it, and they have all been junk.

Is the recipie just a bad one or am I doing something wrong?

i dont think you can cube good javs. Your best chance is to imbue them at charsi, or just keep mfing. Mf nm andy and cows. Maybe even Chaos Sanc.

Not sure what lvl to imbue them at as im not sure what level or what type of amazon your trying to make (even if i did know what lvl/character i wouldnt know what lvl to imbue them at Sad )
